Job Summary :

The primary duty of this leadership position is supporting compliance team members to drive compliance to all programs including the rebate-ability percentage of each order guide balanced with the needs of operations. Duties include identification of non-compliance order guides and corrective action; interfacing with other stakeholders on non-compliance issues; supporting commodity products and participating in the procurement process to assist in defining quality standards; developing & monitoring specification limits; conducting product analysis to assure conformance; and analyzing trends on product deficiencies and establishing vendor auditing protocols .

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the successful execution of managed order guide audits, new program rollouts, courtesy shipments, distributor transitions and similar projects to deliver, measure and maintain forecasted results.
• Communicates with functional teams to ensure a robust understanding of the processes, supply chain needs and upcoming projects to optimize efficiencies during implementation of purchasing programs.
• Analyze new program opportunity analysis for procurement team.
• Provide audit and sales tracking reports by distribution center to evaluate center and program execution.
• Develop processes and technology to improve audits for both business segments (Compass and Members)
• Identify reasons for non-compliance on managed order guide and formulate a plan of corrective action.
• Communicate non-compliance issues to field implementation managers and interface with category managers, their analysts and the sector culinary.
• Work with stakeholders for disposition of slow and dead inventory.
• Report and ensure fiscal viability of a new program roll out.
• Influence and drive customer purchasing decisions.
• Lend support to key company initiatives, strategic projects and other ad hoc activities.
