Back Office Manager

Position Overview :

This is an exciting opportunity to support Fortune 500 and 1000 customers, government and DoD customers, and to excel within a fantastic team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Manager to oversee and streamline the administrative and support operations of a small business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

This is a hybrid role and must be able to work onsite on demand.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement efficient operational processes and systems
• Oversee data management, document control, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage internal reporting, budgeting assistance, and operational metrics tracking
• Coordinate with finance, HR, IT, and other departments to support cross-functional operations
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead implementation efforts
• Prepare and present reports to senior management as needed
