You will be the Procurement Engineering Manager for our cross-functional team. Our team is responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate the design, production, test, and qualification of aerospace and defense products.

As the Procurement Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team that collaborates with Sourcing, Operations, Design Engineering, and the Supply Base to drive procurement excellence. You will oversee the development and implementation of procurement strategies that balance technical, cost, and schedule requirements. Your responsibilities will include :

• Coordinating recruitment, selection, and training of subordinate employees
• Directing analyses of technical data, engineering designs, and supplier capabilities
• Managing design changes to mitigate production issues
• Leading cross-functional teams to solve problems in producibility, quality, and affordability
• Facilitating technical trade-offs and standardization to drive economical procurement
