French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Project Manager for our Survey Department in Wall, NJ.

Responsibilities :

• Manage survey projects from initiation through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and oversee survey crews in the field, including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
• Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and work plans.
• Review and deliver survey data, maps, and reports to internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local survey regulations and professional standards.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams (civil, structural, environmental) to support multi-disciplinary project needs.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing technical guidance and updates throughout project lifecycle.
• Mentor and provide leadership to survey staff, promoting professional development and safe work practices.

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
