What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Document and report any suspicious activities, security-related incidents, or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials as required, and maintaining awareness of the flow of people within the location.
• Offer guidance and support to visitors and staff, providing information or directions as requested.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and local authorities during incidents or emergencies.
