Paul, Minnesota area.

About You :

  • Previous insulation and / or carpentry experience highly desired.
  • Must know basic hand tools.
  • Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure.
  • Hard-working and goal-oriented.
  • Reliable and always on time.
  • Has ability to multi-task.
  • Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required.
  • Ability to lift / carry / push / pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively.
  • Valid driver’s license.

    • Primary Objective :

  • Our Insulation Installers complete both new construction and retrofit projects.
  • Load materials, tools, and equipment on the truck for each job.
  • Install each job using company approved methods.
  • Keeping a consistent pace to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Follow safety guidelines at all times.
  • Unload the truck at the end of each day.
