Material Handler

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Resin Handler to join their team. As a Resin Handler, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Resin Handler

Location : Turtle Lake, WI

Shift : 2-2-3 schedule, 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am

What's the Job?

Forklift operation

Delegate duties as instructed by the Supervisor and supervise operations within the department.

Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to coach, mentor, and lead a team.

Perform troubleshooting and assist with corrective actions to resolve issues.

Communicate effectively with production and other support departments to ensure smooth operations.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred but not required.

2+ years of experience in the Resin department is ideal.

Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work well with others.

Professional and tactful communication skills are required.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Email, Google Sheets, and other applications.
