We’re a fast-growing manufacturer of ergonomic ladders designed to improve safety for fleet vehicles—and we’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Material Handler to keep our warehouse and shipping operations running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly support production and delivery, this is the role for you.

🔧 What You’ll Do

As a Material Handler, you’ll be the backbone of our warehouse team, ensuring materials flow efficiently from receiving to production to shipping. You’ll operate forklifts and pallet jacks, manage inventory, and support machine operators—all while helping us deliver high-quality products to our customers.

• Operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials across departments
• Keep production areas stocked and transport finished goods for shipment
• Pick orders using paper pick sheets and transition to RF scanner systems
• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and coordinate with carriers for LTL / truck shipments
• Unload incoming materials, tag them, and organize them in the receiving area
• Support machine operators by delivering required materials
• Build and deliver pallets to the assembly area based on pick sheets
• Assist with shipping tasks and perform cycle counts during downtime

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr.
