Join Our Team as a 1st Shift Shipping and Fulfillment Team Lead

Taylor Corporation is seeking a 1st Shift Shipping and Fulfillment Team Lead who is responsible for overseeing a team of employees, ensuring that team goals are met while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role includes coordinating daily activities, providing support and guidance, and facilitating communication between team members and management.

Your Responsibilities :

• Inform the Supervisor of jobs in jeopardy of missing a due date
• Guide and motivate team members to achieve their objectives and maintain high performance
• Serve as the main point of contact between team members and upper management, facilitating clear and effective communication
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity
• Oversee team projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld
• Identify training needs and support the professional growth of team members
• Address any issues or conflicts within the team, providing solutions and support as needed
• Prepare and present team performance reports to management
• Address daily employee questions and give guidance
• Perform assigned operational duties to the standards

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $21.00 $22.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
