Position Summary The Associate Creative Director (Design & Art Direction) for Brand Campaigns and Services at Walmart Creative Studio is responsible for leading the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a strategic, innovative, and collaborative mindset, with the ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.

What you'll do Support the creative process from concept to execution for campaigns that span digital, social, print, and in-store channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, oversee production, and ensure high-quality deliverables. Lead and mentor creative teams, stay informed on industry trends, and maintain brand standards throughout all campaigns.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Creative Writing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in editorial content management or related field, or 5 years' experience in the same.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital content management, retail management, supervising associates, or working with creative agencies.
