THE OPPORTUNITY
Were seeking a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to ensure the seamless flow of our guest dining journey. This is not a traditional restaurant leadership roleyoull serve as the On-the-Floor Service Leader, harnessing integrated technology and wellness-driven hospitality to optimize service flow, ambiance, and team coordination.

WHAT YOULL DO
Operational Excellence (50%)Verify ambiance (lighting, music) matches brand aestheticMonitor real-time table map on POS Tablet and dispatch staff to prevent bottlenecksInterpret service flow data to anticipate delaysServe as primary FOH contact during serviceFacilitate communication between staff and managementAdministration (20%)Monitor real-time sales dashboardAssist with end-of-day reconciliation and reportsSupport scheduling and inventory monitoringCustomer Service Leadership (15%)Ensure exceptional guest service and address minor complaintsUphold company service standards through coaching and modelingNon-Essential Functions (15%)Train and onboard new FOH staffProvide ongoing team coaching and feedbackEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standardsWHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications :
3+ years hospitality experience, including 1+ year in leadershipFine dining or high-volume restaurant background strongly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentAdvanced POS system experience (real-time table management)Strong leadership and analytical thinking skillsPreferred Qualifications :
Associates or Bachelors in Hospitality or related fieldExperience in experiential or wellness-focused dining conceptsKnowledge of service flow optimization and table managementEssential Skills :
