About the Role : Sr. Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

The Sr. Manager of FP&A will lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis while also driving strategic projects and M&A initiatives. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers the chance to make an outsized impact-shaping processes, building a best-in-class FP&A function, and providing insights that directly influence executive decision-making.

What You'll Do : Sr. Manager of FP&A

Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles across the organization

Build and mentor the FP&A team, setting the foundation for long-term success

Deliver accurate, timely monthly reporting and dashboards

Perform variance and trend analyses that drive actionable insights

Track and analyze KPIs to support smarter business decisions

Develop and refine financial models for strategic planning and growth initiatives

Collaborate with leadership on M&A projects and corporate strategy

What You Bring : Sr. Manager of FP&A

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

8+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience
