Compensation : $72K - $75K (plus bonus potential)

Overview :

We are searching for a dynamic Catering Events and Conference Planning Manager to oversee every detail of our catered functions and group events. Combining exceptional organization with outstanding client relations skills, you will be responsible for orchestrating memorable experiences while staying within budget and maximizing hotel revenue. This role demands a keen eye for detail, strong communication, and the ability to maintain high service standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Coordination :

• Utilize property management systems to manage and retrieve event details and client information effectively.
• Ensure banquet service teams are equipped with a thorough understanding of service standards, enabling them to showcase and sell the venue’s capabilities.
• Oversee space block allocations, ensuring optimal usage, labor cost efficiency, and alignment with client needs.
• Maintain detailed client files with all necessary event information to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Make sure all departmental policies and procedures are consistently followed, including conducting regular team meetings and maintaining documentation accuracy.
• Establish and maintain positive guest relations to encourage repeat business and referrals.
