Field Supervisor / Foreman

Responsible for coordinating activities and service delivery for renewable service projects related to all services, completing work safely, within budget and customer specifications. The duties will vary by client and project size with varying degrees of responsibility and authority and may assist with planning or leading a whole project, multiple projects or just part of a project.

Qualifications

• Take reasonable care of your own and others' health and safety, demonstrating a strong commitment to zero unsafe behavior related to personnel, customers, and communities we serve.
• Supervise multiple crew leaders or points of contact (POCs) and up to 30 or more employees.
• Considerable knowledge of all relative renewable services tools, machinery methods and procedures
• Must be able to forecast, monitor and report on general project costing and activities.
• Understanding service methods and best practices, service delivery and customer expectations
• Demonstrate leadership, leading by example, motivate workers and communicate with workers, subordinates, service managers, senior management, and clients.
• Computer experience with Microsoft office, E-mail, and Internet
• Ability to work well under pressure and within timelines.
• Read and interpret documents like safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
