Job Title : Solutions Architect (Senior)

Industry : State Agency

Location : Linthicum, MD (Hybrid)

Rate : Depends on experience

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design and modernization of multi-tier web applications and enterprise IT systems. The role focuses on transition planning, system integration, and cloud-based solutions using Node.JS, Spring, Angular, and AWS. The candidate will provide technical leadership in architecture, design, and troubleshooting while mentoring project teams.

Responsibilities :

• Architect, design, and implement large-scale web applications.
• Lead transition planning from legacy systems to modern, cloud-based platforms.
• Provide technical support and resolve complex multi-tier architecture issues.
• Code, refactor, and deliver working solutions using Java / J2EE, Node.JS, and Spring.
• Support DevOps, containerization, and AWS EC2 deployments.
• Mentor project teams and ensure technical alignment with enterprise strategy.
