We are seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic teams, splitting time between two critical areas of our digital ecosystem. This role requires a highly skilled professional with advanced design expertise, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into user-centric designs.
Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibilities (BSSe Team) :
- Collaborate with 15-20 UX designers to support the development of a new back-end billing system (BSSe) that impacts the front-end user experience across the entire website, including Sales, Service, and Support.
- Navigate and analyze existing Figma files to identify areas requiring updates or enhancements.
- Determine necessary design adjustments based on system changes and user needs.
- Deliver updated design compositions to dedicated scrum team(s) for implementation.
- Ensure seamless integration of back-end system changes with front-end user interfaces.
- Secondary Responsibilities (Account Management, Order Management, & Support Team) :
- Work directly under the team lead to design and enhance user experiences for Account Management, Order Management, and Support functionalities.
- Create intuitive, user-centric designs that align with team objectives and improve customer interactions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Advanced Design Skills : Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, with a deep understanding of visual design principles (proportion, hierarchy, balance, space, contrast, etc.).Interaction Design Expertise : Advanced skills in layout and interaction design, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences.User-Centric Design : Strong understanding of mental models, user-centric product design methods, and UX best practices.Data-Driven Design : Proficient in reviewing research, data, and analytics to develop a strong design point of view and drive innovative solutions.Tool Proficiency : Expert-level experience with industry-standard design tools, including Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, and similar platforms.Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, scrum teams, and stakeholders, to deliver cohesive design solutions.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills to navigate complex design challenges and propose effective solutions.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on large-scale digital platforms with integrated back-end and front-end systems.Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum team environments.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.Seniority level
