Campus Monitor

We are seeking a dedicated Campus Monitor to help create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all students.

As a Campus Monitor, you will help ensure the safety and well-being of our students during the school day in hallways, classrooms, playgrounds, and common areas. You will serve as a positive role model, encourage respectful behavior, and be an extra set of eyes and ears to support a safe, orderly, and caring campus environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise students in hallways, common areas, playgrounds, and during arrival / dismissal.
• Ensure student safety by enforcing school rules and procedures.
• Promote positive social interactions and help resolve minor conflicts.
• Report incidents, injuries, or behavioral concerns to school leadership.
• Assist with campus security by observing visitors and ensuring doors are secure.
• Support transitions between classes, recess, lunch, and dismissal.
• Maintain a positive, approachable, and professional demeanor at all times.
• Assist with carlines
• Assist with unknown people on campus
• Support with security at home games

This covenant shall survive the expiration or termination of your employment by the Vanguard Classical School.

In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act, you will be required to provide documented evidence of identity and eligibility to work in the United States. Please bring appropriate documentation with you to your New Hire Orientation. Federal Law states that the Charter School may not permit you to work more than three days without this documentation.

Lastly, please note that your employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of the required criminal background clearance process, and that the failure to do so will render any offer null and void in its entirety.
