Sr. Product Manager
Develop and deliver product line AOP with clear strategy and execution plan. This role drives product strategy, product lifecycle management, and pricing strategy for our Graphic & Sign Solutions segment. This role blends the analytical rigor of product management with the strategic mindset of pricing and business development to identify growth opportunities, shape customer-centric solutions, and driving profitable revenue acceleration. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain & Operations, and customers to develop and deliver value-driven products and pricing strategies that meet market needs and drive profitable growth. This includes :
- Product Portfolio Management, including launching new and innovative products and introducing competitive "me too" offerings to capture market share
- Pricing Strategy and Execution
- Customer and Market Engagement
- Strategic Planning and Forecasting
Success in this role means launching products that deliver profitable growth to plan, a product portfolio that is actively managed for performance, and market-responsive pricing and margin management.
Required Experience :
Minimum 10 years of experience in product management marketing, business development, or innovation roles, with a strong track record of launching new products, repositioning existing offerings, and driving market growth through strategic market insights and execution.Must possess ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and influence others.Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of personnel both within and outside MACtac.Working knowledge of personal computers (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational, planning, administration, problem solving, time management and interpersonal skills to effectively manage business growth.Ability to create and deliver presentations in a professional manner.Background in Printing, Graphics, Distributor, and / or Technical products preferred.Basic understanding of applicable equipment fundamentals.Good knowledge of present and potential markets for assigned product(s) - including specific accounts by geographical location, potential sales volume, possible purchasing and operations management contacts, etc.Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, product specifications and customer requirements.Good knowledge of the ancillary suppliers and products that are used in concert with assigned products.Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations, with excellent stakeholder engagement and change management skills; proven ability to drive alignment across business segments.Demonstrated success in applying market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to shape product strategy and deliver differentiated, commercially viable solutions that meet evolving customer needs.Experience in developing and executing pricing strategies that align with business objectives. Experience in portfolio management initiatives that drive profitable growth and competitive advantage.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, assess market dynamics, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Ability to present strategic recommendations to senior leadership to drive business outcomes.Education :
A bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.An MBA is preferred.Preferred Experience :
Minimum Green Belt certification or Project Management training preferred.Experience in pricing strategy, cost modeling, and operational execution is highly valued given the intersection between commercial strategy and supply chain and manufacturing.Duties & Responsibilities :
Market Intelligence & Customer InsightsConduct in-depth analysis of market trends and dynamics, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities aligned to Mactac's goals and objectives.
Lead cross-functional ideation and feasibility assessments for growth opportunities; develop business cases, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies that are customer-centric and commercially viable.Serve as the voice of the customer and represent the product line in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.Product Strategy & CommercializationCollaborate with R&D and Innovation to define product requirements, value propositions, launch strategies, and repositioning efforts.
Drive alignment between product messaging, pricing strategy, and differentiation to ensure our offerings deliver clear, compelling value to target customers and end users plus support prioritized growth initiatives and their associated growth measures.Portfolio ManagementManage the lifecycle of existing products, including enhancements, rationalization, and end-of-life planning.
Monitor product performance and profitability, making data-driven decisions to optimize the portfolio.Pricing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and maintain pricing models and frameworks across product lines and customer segments.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.Recommend pricing adjustments based on cost changes, margin targets, strategic priorities, market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior.Strategic Planning & ForecastingContribute to annual planning, revenue forecasting, and strategic roadmap development.
Track KPIs and provide regular updates and insights to leadership on product performance, risks and opportunities, market dynamics to support recommendations and actions.Scope :
