A company is looking for a Payroll & Equity Administrator to join their Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
Execute multi-state semi-monthly payroll processes and resolve discrepancies
Administer equity plans and manage employee inquiries related to stock options and grants
Participate in process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with auditing procedures
Required Qualifications
3+ years of payroll experience, including ADP Workforce Now
Experience with stock administration, including RSUs and stock options
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong analytical skills
Certified Equity Professional (CEP) is a plus
