Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance for clients' employees
Act as the primary HR contact for India, overseeing onboarding and core HR operations
Address employee queries and support compliance with Indian employment laws
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations in India
Minimum tertiary education (post-secondary)
Proven experience in managing payroll, preferably using greytHR
Deep understanding of Flexi Benefits and Indian tax rulings
Good knowledge of Indian labor legislation
