Job Description
As a TSM (Technical Sales Manager) covering the Bristol, United Kingdom site you will be part of a team of TSM’s responsive for achieving the site sales targets with Secondary Packaging equipment including carton forming, carton closing, product handling and wraparound sleeving. This technology is focused on the food industry that includes, but not limited to, the BBB (Bars / Bakery / Biscuits), Fresh & Frozen and sleeving solutions. You will also be responsible for achieving the site sales target for a given segment of the region. You will work directly with the front-line sales team and agents, as their primary technical and application expert, to develop and manage sales opportunities whilst building the relationships. Position will be a remote position but will require presence across NAM & LAM regions with also visits occasionally to the United Kingdom.
Supervisory Responsibilities
No direct supervision of associates is required, however, the TSM will be required to “lead” a team of internal sales associates on an as needed project basis, to set the agenda and sales goal road map.

Travel with the sales teams up to 50% (primarily domestic, mainly in NAM region) to present technical solutions and assist with closing of projects. Valid driver’s license and passport are required.
Additional Information
The anticipated starting salary for this position is $105,000 / per year.
Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree / credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
