Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. - Strong understanding of wireless communication systems, RF propagation, and cellular network architecture. - Experience with 5G RAN planning and optimization, including site surveys, capacity planning, and interference management. - Proficiency in network performance analysis tools and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with radio planning tools such as Atoll, Planet, or Asset. - Experience working with Agile methodology, creating features and stories, and collaborating with cross functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities Conduct site surveys and design the radio access network (RAN) for 5G networks. - Perform RF propagation analysis and capacity planning to ensure optimal network performance. - Configure and optimize base station parameters such as power, antenna tilt, and frequency allocation. - Manage and mitigate RF interference and troubleshoot network issues. - Analyze network performance data and develop optimization strategies to improve network quality and user experience. - Work with Agile teams to create features and stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. - Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with Agile principles.
Salary Range : $100,000-$125,000 a year
