job_description.job_card.job_descriptionInstall residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, condensers, coils, air handlers, water heaters, package units, etc.) Follow installation checklists and company standards (no shortcuts, ever) Work with a field manager and apprentices to get jobs completed efficiently Communicate clearly with customers and represent M3 professionally onsite Document work performed through job photos and closeout notes Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Performance bonuses tied to installs done right Company vehicle, fuel card, and major tools provided Consistent work year-round with a steady pipeline of projects Growth opportunities : training, certifications, and leadership paths Team culture where your voice matters (we dont treat techs like numbers) 2+ years HVAC install experience preferred (but well train the right person) EPA certification (or willing to obtain) Strong understanding of electrical, gas, and refrigerant standards Ability to work independently or as part of a small crew Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record Someone who takes pride in their craft and cares about doing quality work
