About The Role :

We are seeking an individual to lead our low-voltage division, who will be responsible for expanding our division through technical sales knowledge, project management, client and staff development, and follow-through. This individual will oversee quality control, complete commissioning checklists, review redline CAD documentation for as-built drawing, problem diagnosis, and cross-departmental collaboration. Must have previous experience in all aspects such as data / AV, security, card access, fiber optic cabling and terminations, PA systems, fire and suppression, paging nurse call,

What You’ll Bring :

  • RCDD Certification (required)
  • Power Limited License
  • DAS Certification
  • NICET Certification
  • Project Management software experience (Procore preferred)
  • Proficiency in CAD
  • Valid MN Driver’s License

  • Listen to customer needs and design solutions that resolve real problems while aligning with their budget

    • Education / Experience :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Commercial / Industrial Electrical Experience

    • Salary Range :

    Compensation is $100-125,000 per year plus bonus opportunities
