SUMMARY : This position is primarily responsible for answering and fielding phone calls, greeting customers and guests, and performing various types of data analysis. Supports the Area Managers by coordinating leasing activity and processing rental applications. Follows up with applicants and communicates negotiations as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answers phones and directs to proper personnel
- Provides information on our rentals to callers and visitors
- Set, confirm, and follow up on showing appointments for our listed units
- Solicits the waiting list with new units that become available for lease. Prepares customized emails based on the parameters of units that are available
- Communicates with applicants regarding application status.
- Provides accurate information on our rentals to callers and visitors.
- Ensure guest cards are complete, entered into AppFolio and follow up is completed for all prospects.
- Accumulates traffic information from various sources and prepares a consolidated report.
- Audits tenant files
- Provides clerical support to the office staff as needed
- Assists the Manager by accumulating leasing and traffic information by preparing consolidated reports as well as other duties as needed
- Assists the Property Manager as needed
QUALIFICATIONS :
