Onward Search is hiring for an Account Coordinator in Irvine, CA for our pharmaceutical client! This is a one year contract with potential to extend. Pay is $22hr / W2. Hybrid.

Overview

The Account Coordinator supports the day-to-day management of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and clients, maintaining smooth communication, accurate documentation, and organized project flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client projects, coordinating timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Support the Account Manager in overseeing projects through legal and medical review processes.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, billing updates, and project documentation.
• Develop accurate project estimates and budget reports in collaboration with internal teams.
• Communicate project details and updates effectively across departments and with clients.
• Manage administrative tasks including job openings, status reports, and file organization.
• Participate in creative development sessions, providing input to ensure strategic alignment.
