Job Description
I.T. Manager will be responsible for the oversight and management of all technology systems and processes. The role ensures all technology is up-to-date, secure, scalable, functioning properly, and that employees use the technology to its maximum potential. Responsibilities include keeping IT assets secure, developing and implementing policies related to security and disaster recovery, and aligning IT plans with upper management priorities. The position will correlate with management plans for project prioritization and execution, and aim for high efficiency, rapid, error-free, uninterrupted systems. The role will ensure platforms, software, and systems are highly confident, resilient, healthy, secure, scalable, sustainable, and well-documented.

Responsibilities
Oversee the IT staff including interviewing, coaching, mentoring, administration, and performance reviews.Supervise internal and external developers, third-party vendors, and support resources to deliver high-quality software and services.Participate in research, requirements definition, planning, designing, and execution of projects.Collaborate with upper management on project prioritization and delivery.Ensure IT assets are secure and compliant with policy and disaster recovery planning.Skills needed to win
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.Seven years of overall experience in software development and operations, or related IT / operations field.Keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid knowledge base.Strong understanding of CI / CD principles and DevOps / Agile practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact at all levels of the organization.Independence and self-motivation with strong team leadership skills for collaborative work, including remote teams.Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Strong understanding of security principles and Internet infrastructure.Azure Cloud Services, MS Windows Servers, MS IIS, MS SQL Server.Azure CI / CD tools, MS Visual Studio, Git..NET, MVC, C#, JavaScript, HTML, MS SQL.AI-First Approach.Company Description
