Data Entry Specialist - ONSITE

RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly accurate Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Chicago, IL 60608 with $17.71 / hr. pay for a 3-month contract (temp only). This is not a traditional office data entry role it combines high-volume, seated data entry with frequent physical activity, including lifting and moving cartons of documents. The ideal candidate will have fast and accurate typing skills, be comfortable with repetitive lifting, and work well in a structured, fast-paced environment. APPLY NOW!

Schedule :   7 : 00 : AM - 03 : 30 : PM (5 days a week, 9 hours a day including 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)

What Youll Do

• Retrieve individual medical files from cartons for data entry
• Identify and enter required data fields into the client database with a high degree of accuracy
• Maintain a keystroke speed of 10,000 KPH with 100% accuracy, verified by double-key confirmation
• Carry cartons weighing 3050 lbs. to and from workstation and pallet (one box every 57 minutes)
• Lift and lower cartons from heights between 13 and 45
• Organize and return completed files to their cartons and return cartons to pallet storage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety protocols and PPE requirements
