RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Process invoices including obtaining proper approvals
- Verifying account coding and agreement of invoice amounts to contracts
- Verifying mathematical accuracy of support
- Route invoices to proper approver
- Review document history (test for double payments)
- Track unapproved invoices
- Create and maintain vendor setup
- Special projects and Ad hoc tasks
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS :
- One to three years of relevant experience is required
- Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Basic typing and 10-key by touch
- Demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn new software is required
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management internal and external
- Team player
