Your Role :

We’re looking for a Route Operations Supervisor to oversee our waste and recycling routes, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional service delivery.

In this dynamic role, you’ll manage a team of drivers, optimizing routes and contributing to our commitment to environmental stewardship.

Plans, distributes, monitors, and follows-up daily route assignments to ensure customers are serviced per company standards and agreements.

Manages the end-of-day check-in process, capturing and communicating key service, safety, and equipment issues.

Assists with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs.

Works with HR Department to ensure all employees Department of Transportation requirements are met.

Conducts Root Cause Investigations for all injuries and incidents and working with team members to resolve matters.

Qualifications :

What We’re Looking For :

Valid driver license with acceptable record is required

Commercial Driver license (CDL) would be an asset, but is not required

Proven experience in route management or operations, preferably in waste management or a related field.

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and motivation.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in using route optimization software and Microsoft Office Suite.
