SCADA Manager Digital Power Operations Remote position with5-10% potential travel as needed. This is a new position and will be responsible for supervising and transforming the SCADA team for Digital Power projects in the US.
It will be comprised of a large team (15+) of SCADA Engineers. Duties included, but not limited to : Leadership, mentorship and talent development for direct reports.
Strategic and disruptive mindset with a strong interest in efficiency and quality improvement. Responsible for top line, profitability, utilization and continuous improvement.
Identifies, plans, and executes the team growth in terms of number of team members, competencies needed, staff location, training needs and potential expansion.
Responsible for ensuring corporate policy compliance. Manage scheduling & Assign projects to direct reports. Actively participate in the development of standards and processes for more efficient operations, as well as ensuring that current standards are used and implemented correctly.
Responsible for performing PAAs and other HR related tasks for direct reports. Identify incremental revenue opportunities.
Drive high standards regarding all aspects of Customer Satisfaction, both internally and externally. Provide monthly report of team's activities;
manage customer escalations. Administer safety program and ensure compliance. Disruption and change management skills an aptitude a plus.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 5-10 years of experience in leading team or projects. 5-10 years of professional experience in SCADA or software solutions.
Understanding of Power Monitoring systems and controls business. Desired experience would be managing a consulting and / or professional services team, sales experience or general management capabilities.
HMI / SCADA solutions development experience for electrical power monitoring and control applications is a plus. Advanced education and / or certifications like PMP, CEM, PE are desired but not required.
