JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage and conduct thorough investigations from initiation to conclusion, including interviews, data analysis, and document review.
- Draft detailed investigation reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions and organizational changes.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of investigations and present executive summaries to senior leaders.
- Collaborate closely with HR, legal, and business leaders to support investigative and post-investigative processes.
- Uphold and promote Intuit's culture and values through objective and empathetic investigative practices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Proven experience in conducting complex investigations within a corporate environment.
- Strong legal or employment relations background, with a preference for those experienced in multiple jurisdictions.
- Exceptional analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
