Job Description Property Management Associate
OGH is seeking a full time Office Assistant (36 hrs / week). The Office Assistant will play an integral role in the organizational strength of our company.
The Office Assistant reports to Management and provides administrative support for the daily operations of the Real Estate Development, Property Management, and Maintenance Divisions.
Primary responsibilities include clerical duties, filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails. Qualified candidates will have a strong ability to multi-task and a friendly demeanor.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Data entry tasks
- Answering, screening, and directing phone calls as needed
- Filing of documents
- Communicate with clients
- Generate reports for internal company review
- Research real estate properties
- Other administrative duties as assigned and as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently, but in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency with AppFolio Property Manager application a plus
