• Offer strategic counsel to the senior management team, utilizing your extensive experience in executive roles within the hospitality sector.
• Lead cross-functional teams in aligning their actions with the brand strategy, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and problem-solving.
• Translate the brand strategy into impactful campaigns, leveraging statistics and proven solutions for effective communication.
• Educate the organization on our brand's vision, mission, and strategies through engaging presentations and experience-driven narratives.

Qualifications :

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing franchisee / franchisor relationships at a senior level, highlighting your ability to navigate complex partnerships effectively.
• Expertise in brand building, marketing, and brand management within the hospitality industry, showcasing your in-depth understanding of the sector.
• Strong knowledge of consumer targeting and equity development, enabling you to tailor strategies for maximum impact.
• Proven Senior Leadership experience in the full-service restaurant industry, demonstrating your capability to lead and inspire teams.
