Under the direction of the Manager, this position is responsible for the strategic analytics that support the Branch and Contact Center in meeting its business / financial goals and objectives.
Works with the Strategic Analytics division and analysts bank wide to ensure that access to data is sufficient to accomplish the business goals of the Planning & Strategy unit.
Identifies new opportunities through analytics and creates solutions to present to management. Ensures timely and appropriate process implementation and solutions to create efficient and effective sales and service culture.
