Actively seeking a Legal / Lateral Partner Recruiting Specialist for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm .
The right candidate will have 5+ Years of Recruiting experience, with a majority of their time working within Attorney Recruiting.
HOURS : Monday Friday, 9 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM EST
SCHEDULE LOCATION : HYBRID Manhattan, NY (Financial District)
PAY : $90 - $100K (Commensurate w / Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
- 5+ Years of Legal Recruiting Experience REQUIRED
- PREFERRED experience in a Law Firm or Professional Services Setting
- Strong Administrative Background
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain relationships with our trusted recruiters and legal search firms
- Conduct initial review of candidate lists for prior submissions / contact
- Work with the firm’s business intelligence team to conduct market research and obtain competitive intelligence in order to proactively build a candidate pipeline
- Develop and maintain a sense of marketplace intelligence, e.g., hiring trends
- Maintain accurate data tracking across various platforms
- Other projects / tasks as assigned
