What you do : Functional + SDG Leadership

  • Synthesize data, information, resources, and talent to develop and execute comprehensive business unit strategic plans, driving retail performance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement and lead the execution of a roadmap to enhance brand loyalty, increase sales, and improve market reputation, achieving high operational and retail standards to foster a productive customer experience culture and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead digital innovation and the evolution of the omnichannel approach, including platform evaluation, data integration, and process optimization.
  • Own financial performance, driving sales growth and improved EBITDA by identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Align distribution strategies, maintain a balanced business portfolio, leverage modern technologies, and partner with stakeholders to ensure a seamless, elevated, and consistent experience across retail channels.

SDG Leadership

  • Hyperaware of environmental, policy, social, and competitive landscapes to know when to adjust business plans to achieve results.
  • Inform the Executive and VP leadership team of project milestones utilizing business unit data dashboards to flag problems, challenges, and achievements.
  • Build business unit data capabilities to aggregate team information, data, and resources.

  • Visible resource for the team on unit initiatives to achieve the company's strategic objectives and business unit plans.

Who You Are : Functional + SDG Leadership

  • Expert in senior retail operations recognized in leading complex, omni-channel retail operations and teams.
  • Adept at managing P&L and delivering key sales, profit, and inventory performance metrics for multimillion-dollar operations.
