At AiLifePay Inc., you will become part of a quantum equilibrium driven ailifescore credit scoring company. "Al-Life Score" algorithm is our newest innovation in financial services.
AI-Life Score utilizes a researched Spin Dark-Data analysis model to detect evolving arbitrage data in personal finance and wealth management.
The ailifescore is the driver of wealth creation. Our purpose is to provide instant credit scoring, lending, investment strategy and wealth management in an upcoming high-tech sector of Quantum Equilibrium Finance.

As Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer you will play a crucial role in building and running Quantum Equilibrium Science Fintech company.
This is a high visibility role, where you will be a great presenter of our growth story & differentiation, in conferences, and investor meetings.
You will manage relationships with banks and managing loan covenants, financial ratios, financial reporting, and other performance aspects.
Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and tax returns. You will lead strategic planning and decision-making in support of new lending and investment initiatives, and alternative capital financing opportunities including low-cost loans, variable rate debt, equity etc.
Skills
- Experience raising minimum $5M++
- Investment, Fundraising, Principles of accounting
- Strong connections with analysts and highly regarded by the Wall Street
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Interested to work in a small group of engineers to product market fit and launch
What you will do
- Enhance financial models and create new models
- Develop and execute the asset allocation strategy
- Manage cash flow, deciding on investment strategies
- Further build out the finance team, systems & processes
- Tax optimization and management, Maintenance of lines of credit
- Budgetary, contract and financial recordkeeping and reporting practices
- Make forecasts, ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines, support KYC / AML
- Strategies, risk management and alternative private wealth management products
Ideal Professional
- BS, MS, PhD, CPA, JD, MBA degrees
- Experience in fintech or banking, Private Equity
- Extensive experience in leading and developing finance solutions
- Experience raising funds with impact angels, VC, institutional investors
- Advantage, if fully qualified - ACA, 3 years of experience in accounting firm
- Investment Firms roles at MFOs, Investment Advisors, or Funds, understands the complexities of UHNW challenges and advisory
