Join our team and bring your best self to the table.What you will be doingThe Medcart Pharmacy Clerk would be responsible for working in a specialty pharmacy setting that provides total health care to their patients.

The Pharmacy Clerk assists the Pharmacy Manager and / or Staff Pharmacist with order fulfillment / completion and record keeping support to the limited extent permitted under the Business and Professions Code.

The position will be based in Livonia, MI and is an onsite role.Main responsibilities* Efficiently ship pharmacy fulfillment orders using computer systems.

• Accurately process customer orders, ensuring price and shipping accuracy.* Follow proper payment and Point-of-Sale procedures.
• Notify appropriate supervisor of copay and shipping discrepancies.* Ensure positive customer relations when applicable.
• Organize and clean work area.* Other support duties assigned as allowed by Board of Pharmacy regulations Pharmacy clerks* Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

What we are searching for* Candidate with a passion for serving customers accurately and efficiently* Previous pharmacy clerk experience preferredWe believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience : * High school graduate or successfully completed a General Educational Development program.

Basic keyboarding, typing, and PC skills.* Ability to read / view computer screens for extensive periods of time.* Ability to learn and accurately operate pharmacy computer systems* Must be able to lift and carry items, as well as stand for duration of shift unless on breakWhat is it like at Albertsons?
