Purpose of Position
The Payroll Analyst primarily performs advanced payroll analysis and system-related configurations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- The following duties are essential to the successful and satisfactory performance of this job.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Configure payroll system to ensure operational efficiency and accurate payroll processing.
- Perform post-payroll analyses and audits to ensure external and internal payroll compliance.
- Research and resolve complex payroll deviations.
- Make recommendations for process and system improvements within Payroll, HR, Finance and Business Systems.
- Collaborate with external and internal business partners to review, implement and test system enhancements.
- Provide support to internal team regarding system functionality and deviations.
- Prepare ad-hoc payroll reports for internal stakeholders.
- Lead foreign payroll process execution in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
Minimum Education
Preferred : Associate’s Degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum Experience
8-10 years of related experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications
- Advanced knowledge of payroll systems and common business applications
