Job Description :

Plating Technician - Experience working in a fast paced, production environment. Knowledge in production of printed circuit boards is a plus.

This is a full-time position.

Essential Job Functions :

• Operate wet process equipment for PCB panel processing through functions that include manual copper plating, gold immersion, electroless copper, electrolytic gold, outer layer etching, and hot air level processing.
• Set and maintain chemical processing equipment within operational parameters.
• Carefully load racks in plating tanks while ensuring proper temperature / current of baths.
• Load the line
• Work around chemicals and exercise safe chemical handling
• Follow customers specifications
• Ability to lift, pull, and push over 20 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Maintains and clean all department equipment
• Screwing in items by hand (Tightening clamps manually)
• Ability to work with hands for extended periods of time.
• Position involves working with chemicals in a safe and monitored environment.

Requirements :

Essential Qualifications :

• 3 to 5 years of experience, in manufacturing.
• Will train the proper candidate.
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
• Work closely with production staff and be a great team player
• Education : HS Graduate or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, pull, and push over 20 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
