Position Overview :
Join Back-in-Action Rehabilitation, S.C. , an independent provider of Physical and Occupational Therapy since 1993, as we seek a full-time Physical Therapist for our established clinic in Fond du Lac, WI .
This position offers a flexible schedule with the clinic open Monday through Friday. You’ll treat a wide range of patients in a beautiful outpatient orthopedic setting , handling conditions like work-related injuries , pain management , pre / post-operative care , auto accidents , and sports injuries .
- Full-time availability preferred; candidates with a minimum of 32 hours / week will also be considered
- No weekends, no holidays
- Default schedule : 10-hour shifts , with two days working until 7 p.m.
- Treat 12-14 patients per day on 10-hour shifts
Compensation & Benefits :
- Starting salary : $72,500+ , based on experience

Key Job Requirements :
- Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- At least 1 year of outpatient experience preferred (New graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Dry Needling experience preferred
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Full-time availability required (32+ hours / week)
