Project Manager III (Scrum Master) - Cybersecurity & Risk Management

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the team in self-organization to deliver quality working software with predictability, efficiency and velocity
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their cybersecurity needs, establish project requirements, and provide regular updates on project progress and deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operations professionals to design and implement tailored cybersecurity solutions for industrial environments
  • Oversee the deployment and integration of cybersecurity technologies and process improvements
  • Identify and address project risks and issues proactively, implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project success
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various medium to large sized system integration projects

This position is on-site and will reside in the greater Seattle, WA. area at one of the following locations depending on availability.

Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Interest in the Cybersecurity discipline and pursuing continuous learning about Cybersecurity technologies
  • Ability to successfully navigate and execute within ambiguous and stressful situations
  • Strong communication and execution capabilities
  • Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and activities, particularly Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Assertive personality, interpersonal, action and outcome driven mentality
  • Ability to actively inspire, coach, mentor, and motivate
  • Well organized with a keen attention to detail

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Scrum Master experience SAFe Scrum Master certification or similar
  • Firsthand cybersecurity project management / technical project management experience
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity topics and network security : firewall intrusion detection and protection systems and security information and event management (SIEM)
  • Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams to deliver results with tight deadlines
  • Understanding of the transportation / logistics industry

Expected base salary : $90,000 to $140,000
