Job Summary :
As an Event Staff member, you will play a vital role in the successful execution of events, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.
You will assist in various aspects of event operations, including setup, guest services, and cleanup.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Monitor and manage the flow of guests to ensure a smooth experience.
- Assist with the coordination of activities and entertainment during the event.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event space.
- Collaborate with other staff members and management to ensure seamless event execution.
Qualifications :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to insert weight limit, if applicable .
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
