Quantix is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent in various roles. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic recruitment solutions that drive business success.

• Engage with the managers to ensure an understanding of the positions, and the requirements across all key openings.
• Will assist in the development of position descriptions, as needed.
• Develop strong customer relationships with hiring managers to continually assess needs, sourcing opportunities and candidate selection against the position description.
• Manage a high number of requisitions and candidate volume.
• Will be required to source and review resumes, schedule applicants for phone interviews and / or live interviews and conduct pre-screening interviews.
• Post positions to external job boards and other advertising venues and creates new templates and questionnaires if needed.
• Manage candidate application tracking and communications through the HR Hiring Systems and through consistent candidate contact.
• Recommend a shortlist of applicants based on candidate skills, experience, qualifications, and supplementary information within each application.
• Maintain regular contact, responsiveness and accessibility with candidate connections to relationship build, sustain rapport, and address questions / concerns.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Drafts and provides offer letters for employment, as needed.
• Assist in tracking and maintaining recruiting KPIs. Work closely with the Onboarding team to ensure a positive candidate experience.
