Program Manager (Non Tech 2) Needed! (Remote)
LHH has a client in Redmond, WA who needs a Program Manager (Non Tech 2) on a contract opportunity!

Job Overview :
While not a technical role, the ideal candidate would be able to understand and partner with technical collaborators.
The role requires excellent communication skill and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities :
1) Drive support tickets to resolution.
In this role you will help to assess, summarize and submit new support tickets for marketers to our engineering partners.
You will partner with technical experts and drive issues to a resolution.
This is likely to include trouble shooting and leveling up common themes seen in ticketed requests.
You will be responsible for regular communication on the status of the tickets, socializing insights and learnings from the solutions to reduce future escalations in addition to running a weekly meeting on the topic.
2) You will aid our team in documenting Platform expansion needs through Business Requirements Documentation.
This may include desk research, building expertise in some of our internal tooling systems and articulating technical requirements.
3) Aid in the development and execution of training modules for marketing teams. As new features and functionality become available in our stack, help in developing the trainings and documentation for that feature to educate and train marketers that will use it daily.
4) Maintain and track the team's progress and their annual objectives and goals.
This will include gathering data and developing a ppt slide to show progress on monthly and quarterly cadences.
Skills :
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Teams
Candidate Requirements :
- 3-5 overall years of experience in the field.
- No degree is required to be eligible for this role. Previous experience and an interest and passion for tech is most important.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- The ideal resume would contain significant previous experience supporting big marketing technology platform technologies, as well as work across engineering and marketing teams.
- Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Top 3 Hard Skills :
Minimum 4 years experience with advertising platforms (Microsoft Advertising, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Minimum 4 years experience with cross functional teams.
Minimum 4 years experience with technical / business content writing.
