Responsibilities
Drives the talent pipeline by researching, identifying, attracting and generating pools of top quality candidates by evaluating profiles and conducting cold-calls / phone screens
Demonstrate versatility in recruitment abilities by supporting field and office based staffing needs
Delivers consistent and quality talent in a high volume staffing environment.
Evaluates profiles of potential candidates
Schedules interviews and proactively seeks feedback from hiring teams
Maintains integrity of the candidate applications and data in the ATS
Initiates the onboarding process by processing background checks, scheduling required travel and making necessary supply arrangements
Serves as a resource to all new hires throughout the New Hire Orientation process
Completes projects as requested by Talent Acquisition Manager
Act as a representative at career fairs, university recruitment events and trade schools
Other duties as assigned
