The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing equipment. Diagnose failures, replace defective components, and troubleshoot using tools and manuals.

Maintain logs and use a variety of hand, power, and test tools. May redesign systems and estimate costs.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on line manufacturing or plant equipment.

Locate and diagnose failures, replace defective components, and perform basic troubleshooting using standard electronic equipment, detailed drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, prints, manuals, and verbal and / or written instructions.

Maintain appropriate maintenance and repair logs.

Use a variety of hand, power, and test tools and equipment.

May redesign optical, vacuum, electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems for incorporation on existing manufacturing equipment.

May estimate labor and equipment costs and prepare requisitions as required.

Must Have : Minimum Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience

Requires a high school diploma or GED

Nice to Have

Strong electromechanical & pneumatic equipment troubleshooting

Technical training / certification

Experience with Allen Bradley PLC, Cognex Vision and automated equipment troubleshooting

Trained / Certified in Lean and / or six sigma

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD) : $47,200.00 - $70,800.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.

The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification / education, market conditions, and location.

Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
