Job Duties
- Create manage and delete user accounts ensuringappropriate access controls are inplace.
- Regularly clean up and maintain theActive Directory database removing outdated accounts and ensuringdata accuracy.
- Monitor systems to ensuresecurity availability and performance.
- Assistin the documentation of systems processes andprocedures.
- Maintain backups and redundancystrategies.
- Recommend schedule and performsoftware and hardware improvements upgrades patchesreconfigurations and / or purchases.
- Monitor andmanage backup software solutions ensuring they are uptodate andfunctioning as intended.
- Periodically verifybackup integrity by performing restore drills ensuring that datacan be recovered effectively in the event of a failure or data lossincident.
- Responsible for SFTP (Secure FileTransfer Protocol) management ensuring secure filetransfers.
- Oversee all data centervirtualization processes and ensure optimalperformance.
- Manage disaster recovery siteoperations to ensure business continuity in case of anemergency.
- Participate in oncall rotation forafterhours support and issue resolution asneeded.
- Subject to recall24 / 7.
Physicaland Environmental Conditions
- Ability to lift and transport equipment up to50 lbs.
- Ability to sit stand and transport selffrom building to building
- Ability to kneelcrawl climb and twist for purposes of installing and maintainingequipment

Minimum Education Experience andCertification :
AssociateDegree in Information Systems Computer Science or a related degreeplus two years of experience in a related field is required.
Fouryears experience may be substituted.
- Have(preferred) or ability to obtain Dell Systems certification VMWarecertification or Microsoft certification within firstyear
