Assist to coordinating global learning and development initiatives and organizational programs.

Assist in implementation of learning modules, creation of courses and dashboards for reporting completion of learning modules.

Manage learning management system and databases.

Maintain and update training records through Workday (HRIS) learning modules.

Coordinate with internal and external parties for training and development programs.

Follow up with employees on submission of post-course evaluation, certificates, and learning transfer after the training.

Provide administrative support including training course enrollment, logistics, and schedule arrangement.

Conduct internal programs to support cultural adaptation and workforce development.

Support ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

Requirements

DSE / Form 5 or above.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development.

Able to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced multinational environment.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and good team player.

Well-organized, detail-minded, and people-oriented.

Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Work collaboratively with Learning and Development Manager in identifying training needs to establish and maintain an annual training plan.
